Tolypocladium sp. was incubated with cobalt (II) chloride, cobalt (II) nitrate, cobalt thiocyanate, erbium chloride, or palladium (III) acetate to produce secondary metabolites that may serve as therapeutic agents for various diseases. Cultures were incubated with its respective metal compound for three weeks at room temperature, followed by compound extraction using ethyl acetate. All samples were subject to LC-MS for analysis.
